1. Central line butterfly valve's structure is simple and useful, no more maintenance working after online. Select central line butterfly valve, working temperature is first important, the second is there is no hard solid inside medium.

2. For large size central line butterfly valve, big liner can't be easy to replace in working place, it need many big size replace tools, so our solution is liner joined tight with body, and can't be replaced.

3. Stem and disc connection is Pin connection, it can decrease the pressure between disc and liner at lowest position, the pin will not be lost after point welding at Pin end.

4. Stem packing is not O-Ring type, the solution is as per working condition.

5. Valve liner material: EPDM(≤120℃), NBR(≤80℃), Neoprene(≤80℃), FPM(≤150℃) etc.
