Description
1. This valve provides continuous control over a wide range of pressure variations.2. A multistage throttle system with a gradual reduction of the environment pressure is applied, the pressure difference at each stage is within the vapour pressure, which ensures resistance to cavitation and low noise level.
3. The closure is made according to an unbalanced scheme with a single-seam conical seal providing high leakproofness up to zero leakage.
4. The cell structure of the perforated sleeve, whose openings strictly correspond to the required adjustment characteristics, provides excellent regulating properties.
5. The optimal gap between the closure and the seat of the sleeve minimizes leakage during the adjustment process, ensuring accurate control. The presence of guiding tubes in the upper and lower parts of the closure guarantees smooth operation without vibrations and high self-cleaning.
6. The maze structure with an axial flow of the medium and multistage throttle discs for gradual pressure reduction provides resistance to cavitation, low noise level and stable operation.
Purpose of products
Application
The minimum flow valve is used at low load of the unit, directing part of the supply water flow back to the deaerator tank, preventing overheating and steam formation in the supply pump, thus ensuring its normal operation. The valve design is specially designed to operate under high pressure variations in the feed water recycling line, harsh operating conditions, high medium speed and intense erosion and cavitation effects on internal components. Can be used in the set with power pumps boilers of power units with capacity of 100mw, 125mw, 200mw, 500mw and others.
