  •    Description   

    1.  The product design complies with the standards NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34.

    2.  The spindle is hardened and nitrogen resistant, has high heat resistance, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.

    3.  The middle cavity of the valve body has a self-sealing pressure (wood sealing) structure. The higher the pressure in the hull cavity, the better the leakproofness.

    4.  The design of the bolt has two forms: elastic wedge bolt and wedge double bolt. The elastic wedge latch is pressed to the saddle under the action of the medium, which ensures the tightness of the sealing surfaces. The bolt has elasticity, which makes it possible to compensate for deformations caused by machining or high temperature variations and to meet the requirements of leakproofness. The wedge double bolt has the design of the bolt frame, which provides easy maintenance, automatic adjustment of the sealing Angle in relation to the shell and high sealing efficiency.

    5.  Sealing surfaces and bolts shall be melted with cobalt-based solid alloy or plasma dust, providing high thermal resistance, wear resistance and tubular resistance.
