  •   Description  

    The valve features a multi-stage throttling system.

    The cage throttling assembly, combined with the needle shutter, enables it to withstand significant pressure differentials. The valve seat is equipped with an independent tapered seal, ensuring reliable sealing, and when combined with the unbalanced shutter, achieves zero leakage. All internal components are made of stainless steel with surface hardening, providing erosion resistance and a long service life.

    The relative reduction of pressure differential per stage expands the regulation range, maintaining excellent control performance even at low flow rates.

    The pressure drop at each stage is controlled within the critical value, eliminating cavitation and flash phenomena.

    The bushing and shutter have an optimized clearance and are equipped with a guide bushing that offers excellent guiding properties for smooth operation.

    The valve provides flexible control and precise regulation.
