Wenzhou, Zhejiang, October 25, 2025 – The inaugural "Advanced Training Course on Structural Design Technology and Standardization of Cryogenic Valves for LNG Applications" was successfully held in Huanqiu Valve Group Zone, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Jointly organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Technical Committee for Valve Standardization, Zhejiang Ligong Pump Industry Co., Ltd., and the Chaoyu Machinery Pump & Valve Training Center, the event aimed to enhance the technical R&D and standardization capabilities of the valve industry within the LNG cryogenic sector.

The training featured Mr. Zhang Qingshuang, a senior industry expert and principal-level engineer, as the lead instructor. Adopting an application-oriented approach, the first session concentrated on ball valves and butterfly valves – critical components in LNG systems. Through offline lectures, the course provided an in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics, design calculations, standards, specifications, and selection criteria for mainstream domestic and international products.

Leveraging his extensive overseas consulting experience, Mr. Zhang moved beyond abstract theory to directly address practical pain points encountered in corporate R&D and operations.
