Large Size lug type high performance butterfly valve

>>Introduction:

1. 1.High performance butterfly valve have two type: Normal type and Anti-Fire type, main seal material is PTFE or RPTFE, Seal ring is insert in body, this structure best place is S-Flow port decrease medium flow resistance when valve is installed horizontal and disc is full open position, if medium is expensive or in special working condition, this structure is best solution.

2. Anti-Fire type seal is there is one backup metal seal ring behind first seal ring, in normal state, metal seal ring is not working, after burning in pipe line, first seal ring is burned, and back metal seal ring will work to protect behind pipe line system.

3. High performance butterfly valve is Double eccentric type, normally body is wafer or lug type.

4. Seal ring is regular shape, so can be replaced in working place.

5. PTFE or RPTFE is soft material than steel in theory, but in fact, it is so hard to modify or change it's shape in working condition, so if need to replace seal ring in working place, We ADVICE some person who is hold skill to replace seal ring.

6. High performance butterfly valve's seal ring is soft material, can't suit for all working condition, if there is solid or binding solid in medium, select high performance butterfly valve is not advised.

7. For special working condition, please discuss with our engineer, our engineer will provide advice solution for you, to make sure high performance valve is working well.
